Detailed explanation of technical points

1. Test phase division

The standard divides the test process into 6 key phases: wire removal preparation → new wire rod inspection → wire insertion process → general drying process → before rotor insertion → start-up test. Corresponding test combinations need to be performed in each phase.

2. Core test items

  • Stator bar surface resistance measurement (required 1-100kΩ)
  • Dielectric loss factor test (tanδ≤0.08)
  • Partial discharge detection (≤10pC)
  • Slot potential measurement (2 points at the steam/excitation end)

Implementation suggestions

Typical case: Stator replacement of a 600MW unit

When adopting the full replacement plan, special attention should be paid to the following:

  1. The sampling ratio of new bars ≥10% (JB/T 6204 requirement)
  2. A special micrometer is required to check the tightness of the slot wedge (the difference of the corrugated plate is ≤0.5mm)
  3. The end dynamic characteristics test must be carried out after the total baking (GB/T 20140)
