Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
| Test type | Water-cooled generator | Surface-cooled generator | Key differences |
|---|---|---|---|
| Insulation test | Add water system sealing test | Focus on surface resistance measurement | Differences in cooling medium |
| Withstand voltage test | 2.5Un+2kV | 2Un+1kV | Different test voltage levels |
Detailed explanation of technical points
1. Test phase division
The standard divides the test process into 6 key phases: wire removal preparation → new wire rod inspection → wire insertion process → general drying process → before rotor insertion → start-up test. Corresponding test combinations need to be performed in each phase.
2. Core test items
- Stator bar surface resistance measurement (required 1-100kΩ)
- Dielectric loss factor test (tanδ≤0.08)
- Partial discharge detection (≤10pC)
- Slot potential measurement (2 points at the steam/excitation end)
Implementation suggestions
Typical case: Stator replacement of a 600MW unit
When adopting the full replacement plan, special attention should be paid to the following:
- The sampling ratio of new bars ≥10% (JB/T 6204 requirement)
- A special micrometer is required to check the tightness of the slot wedge (the difference of the corrugated plate is ≤0.5mm)
- The end dynamic characteristics test must be carried out after the total baking (GB/T 20140)
Key points of risk prevention and control
| Risk link | Control measures | Standard basis |
|---|---|---|
| Insulation damage | Coated aluminum foil electrode + infrared temperature rise monitoring | Appendix B.2.c |
| Abnormal slot potential | The distance between measuring points is ≤300mm | Appendix C.1.h |
