Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of stainless steel composite corrosion-resistant grounding devices. This standard applies to grounding devices used in overhead transmission line towers, including grounding devices buried in general neutral soil, acidic soil and alkaline soil. The grounding devices used in AC overhead distribution line towers and DC transmission line towers can be implemented as follows.
