Scope

This standard specifies the method for drawing the distribution map of polluted areas in power systems, including the classification of on-site pollution levels, the method for drawing the distribution map of polluted areas, and the principles for revision and approval. This standard is applicable to the drawing of pollution area distribution maps for external insulation design or operation and maintenance of electrical equipment of 1000V and above overhead transmission lines, power plants, substations or converter stations.
