本标准适用于指导直流输电工程换流站用主要设备-晶闸管环流阀、环流变压器、平波电抗器以及直流控制保护系统等的全过程设备监理工作，对监理工作总则、范围、依据，委托程序以及工作实施细则做了规定。

Scope

This standard stipulates the minimum requirements to ensure the implementation of supervision work. It does not specify all details, nor does it fully quote the provisions of relevant standards and specifications. Supervision units should provide high-quality services that comply with this standard and higher standards. For more special requirements of certain projects, further research and determination can be made on the basis of this standard according to specific specifications. This standard is applicable to guide the whole-process equipment supervision of the main equipment used in converter stations of DC transmission projects - thyristor converter valves, converter transformers, smoothing reactors (dry type and oil-immersed), and DC control and protection systems. The general principles, scope, basis, entrustment procedures and work implementation details of the supervision work are stipulated.
