Key Construction Quality Control Points

1. Conduit and Bracket Installation

Cable conduit must meet the following requirements: Bend radius ≥ 10 times the pipe diameter, ≤ 2 right-angle elbows, and ≤ 3m spacing between metal pipes. Bracket welding must be secure and burr-free, and the galvanized coating must be intact.


2. Cable Laying Technology

  • Mechanical Laying: Pulling speed ≤15m/min, lateral pressure <3kN/m for 66kV cables
  • Direct Burial Depth: ≥0.7m in general areas; casing protection is required for cables crossing roads
  • Cross-Connection Box: New acceptance requirement of grounding resistance ≤4Ω

Solutions to Typical Problems

Case Study: When a 220kV cable project was laid on a bridge, vibration caused the bracket bolts to loosen.
Measures: Add anti-vibration washers + double nut locking in accordance with Section 4.0.2 of this standard, and install expansion joints every 50m.
