Key Construction Quality Control Points
1. Conduit and Bracket Installation
Cable conduit must meet the following requirements: Bend radius ≥ 10 times the pipe diameter, ≤ 2 right-angle elbows, and ≤ 3m spacing between metal pipes. Bracket welding must be secure and burr-free, and the galvanized coating must be intact.
2. Cable Laying Technology
- Mechanical Laying: Pulling speed ≤15m/min, lateral pressure <3kN/m for 66kV cables
- Direct Burial Depth: ≥0.7m in general areas; casing protection is required for cables crossing roads
- Cross-Connection Box: New acceptance requirement of grounding resistance ≤4Ω
