Scope
This part of DL/T 5210 specifies the construction quality acceptance standards for boiler units in thermal power generation projects and the relevant requirements for individual project quality evaluation, single unit quality evaluation and overall project quality evaluation. This section applies to the construction quality acceptance and project quality evaluation of newly built, expanded and rebuilt thermal power generation engineering boiler units with a single unit capacity of 300MW-1000MW. The construction quality acceptance and project quality evaluation of thermal power generation project boiler units below 300MW can be implemented as a reference (see Appendix A, Appendix B, and Appendix C for the contents of waste incineration boilers, biomass incineration boilers, and gas turbine waste heat boilers).
