1. Tension pay-off control
For conductors below 710mm², the tension machine drum diameter must be ≥50 times the conductor diameter; for conductors 1660mm², it must be ≥2200mm. The bottom diameter of the wire-laying pulley groove should meet the following requirements:
- Conventional conductor: ≥30 times the diameter
- Large-section conductor: ≥1500mm
2. Crimping technical specifications
- The distance between the edges is controlled at (0.86D±0.2)mm
- The curvature of the connecting tube is ≤1% of the tube length
- The curvature of the crimping area of the tension clamp is ≤2%
