Analysis of key construction processes

1. Cable wall plugging

When using fire-blocking modules, staggered masonry is required between layers. Self-adhesive modules do not require adhesives. Compared with non-self-adhesive modules:

  • Gap treatment: Both need to be filled with flexible organic plugging materials ≥20mm
  • Nuclear power projects: The spacing of shaft plugging is adjusted from 7m to 6m

2. Cable tray plugging

Key points for the construction of fire-resistant partitions + fire-blocking bags:

  1. The cross-stacking length of fire-blocking bags is ≥300mm
  2. The layers between multi-layer bridges must be tightly sealed
  3. The length of cable fire retardant paint is ≥2m

Special requirements for new energy projects

Offshore booster station: The building structure needs to have a prefabricated cable hole frame, and the sealing components must have water-resistant and pressure-bearing performance

Photovoltaic power station: The distance between cable trench firewalls is ≤200m, which is stricter than that of conventional power stations (100m)
