Introduction

Core test method system

Material type Key performance indicators Test method characteristics
Epoxy resin Adhesion strength, compressive strength 28-day standard curing, viscosity control ≤200mPa·s
Polyurethane Foaming rate, water expansion 7-day rapid curing, water reaction ratio 1:5~1:3000

Technical innovation points

Glass capillary anti-extrusion testFor the first time, it standardized the evaluation of the anti-permeability performance of acrylate materials. It used a φ0.3mm capillary to simulate the micro-crack environment, and the pressure gradient was accurate to 0.05MPa/level.

The standard requires that the specimens be cured at 23±2℃ and the relative humidity be controlled at (50±10)% to ensure data comparability.

Implementation suggestions

  1. The viscosity test must be completed within 5 minutes after mixing, and the rotor of the rotary viscometer should be selected so that the reading is in the range of 20%-90% of the range
  2. During the strength test of the consolidated body, the degree of curing must be confirmed before the epoxy resin specimen is demolded (no indentation on the fingertips)
  3. Waste materials should be disposed of in accordance with the GB18597 hazardous waste standard, and direct discharge is prohibited
