Technical innovation points
Glass capillary anti-extrusion testFor the first time, it standardized the evaluation of the anti-permeability performance of acrylate materials. It used a φ0.3mm capillary to simulate the micro-crack environment, and the pressure gradient was accurate to 0.05MPa/level.
The standard requires that the specimens be cured at 23±2℃ and the relative humidity be controlled at (50±10)% to ensure data comparability.
Implementation suggestions
- The viscosity test must be completed within 5 minutes after mixing, and the rotor of the rotary viscometer should be selected so that the reading is in the range of 20%-90% of the range
- During the strength test of the consolidated body, the degree of curing must be confirmed before the epoxy resin specimen is demolded (no indentation on the fingertips)
- Waste materials should be disposed of in accordance with the GB18597 hazardous waste standard, and direct discharge is prohibited
