Introduction

Interpretation of the core content of the standard

Fiber type Key parameters Applicable engineering parts Volume rate range(%)
Steel fiber Aspect ratio 40-100, tensile strength ≥380MPa Abrasion resistant area, high stress structure 0.35-2.00
Synthetic fiber Breaking strength ≥280MPa, alkali resistance ≥95% Early crack prevention, thin layer structure 0.06-0.30
Basalt fiber Alkali resistance strength retention rate ≥75% Corrosive environment, shotcrete 0.05-0.25

Material technical requirements

Steel fiber quality control

Geometric parameters:Ordinary concrete uses a length of 20-60mm, shotcrete uses 20-35mm, and the aspect ratio is controlled at 30-100. The tensile strength is graded from 380 to 1700, which needs to be verified by the GB/T 228.1 tensile test.

Storage requirements: The warehouse must be moisture-proof and rust-proof. Rusted fibers are prohibited from being used in the main project. Different specifications should be stored in different areas. It is recommended to use small bags for quantitative packaging.

Main points of mix design

  • The sand ratio of steel fiber concrete needs to be increased by 3%-5% (for every 0.5% increase in volume ratio)
  • The amount of adhesive used in shotcrete ≥380kg/m³, and the sand ratio>50%
  • The amount of admixture needs to be increased when the synthetic fiber content is>0.1%

Special construction technology

Technical requirements for shotcrete

Parameters Control standards
Aggregate size ≤15mm, medium sand fineness modulus 2.3-3.0
Spraying distance 0.6-1.2m, angle 5°-15°
Rebound rate Side wall ≤15%, top arch ≤25%

Implementation suggestions

  1. Material acceptance:Steel fiber needs to be tested for tensile strength and bending performance every 20t, and synthetic fiber needs to be tested for dispersion every 50t
  2. Process control:The base surface needs to be cleaned with high-pressure air before spraying construction. Insulation measures should be taken when the ambient temperature is below 5℃
  3. Maintenance requirements:Cover and maintain immediately after final setting, and the maintenance period of important parts shall be extended to more than 28 days
