Introduction
Core changes in the standard revision
| Technical dimensions | 2013 version | New content in the 2024 version |
|---|---|---|
| Fitting types | Conventional split type | New four-split and six-split fixing fixtures and spacer bar drawings |
| Material requirements | Basic aluminum alloy standards | New GB/T6892 aluminum profile standard, tensile strength requirement aluminum alloy ≥130MPa |
| Electrical performance | General corona protection | Clearly define the control requirements for hysteresis/eddy current loss |
Analysis of key technical requirements
5.2 Material specifications
The standard proposes graded strength requirements for aluminum parts: aluminum profiles ≥80MPa, aluminum alloy profiles ≥130MPa, and adds the reference to the GB/T6892 industrial profile standard compared to the 2013 version. Cast aluminum alloys still comply with GB/T1173, but emphasize the bottom line requirement of tensile strength ≥145MPa.
5.4 Anti-damage design
Three new protective design principles:
1) Anti-water accumulation structure: Prevent water vapor accumulation through inclined surface design
2) Anti-loosening measures: Require the use of DL/T764 series special fasteners
3) Spacing maintenance: Clearly stipulate that the soft busbar must not be damaged during operation
Test and certification system
The standard constructs a three-level test system:
- Type test: Verify design performance, including 6.5 mechanical test/6.6 corona test
- Sampling test: Batch verification according to GB/T2317.4
- Routine test: 100% factory inspection, with emphasis on appearance/size
Application case: Six-split fittings for UHV stations
When a ±800kV converter station uses a six-split spacer, the following shall be carried out in accordance with this standard:
- Material verification: Aluminum alloy profile tensile test ≥130MPa
- Corona test: Radio interference ≤58dB(μV/m)
- Mechanical load: Simulate 1.5 times the operating tension test
Implementation suggestions
Design phase
1. Prioritize the use of aluminum alloy fittings with anti-eddy current structures
2. Four/six-split fittings need to be remodeled to verify mechanical strength
Acceptance phase
Key inspections:
- Hot dip galvanized layer thickness ≥ 86μm (DL/T768.7)
- Fastener anti-loosening mark integrity
- Profile material report and standard consistency
