本部分规定了电能信息采集与管理系统中采集终端通信单元的技术要求和试验方法，包括结构、工作环境、基本传输特性、电气安全以及电磁兼容性等技术要求和试验方法。安装在电能信息采集终端中的通信单元同时应符合相应采集终端的技术规范要求。
本部分适用于电能信息采集与管理系统中的独立通信单元以及安装在采集终端和电能表中的通信单元的制造、检验、使用和验收。

Scope

This part specifies the technical requirements and test methods for the collection terminal communication unit in the power information collection and management system, including technical requirements and test methods for structure, working environment, basic transmission characteristics, electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility. The communication unit installed in the power information collection terminal should also comply with the technical specifications of the corresponding collection terminal. This section applies to the manufacturing, inspection, use and acceptance of independent communication units in electric energy information collection and management systems and communication units installed in collection terminals and electric energy meters.
