Key test technical points
1. Static test of regulating system
Valve closing time test:The total closing time of the main steam valve is required to be ≤0.3s (P>600MW unit), and the LVDT sensor is used to record the action curve. The delay time t1 and the closing time t2 need to be measured multiple times to obtain the average value.
Typical case: In the test of a 1000MW unit, the closing time of the high-pressure regulating valve was shortened from 0.35s to 0.28s by optimizing the response speed of the oil motor servo valve.
2. Dynamic characteristics test
Contains comparison of three test methods:
- Conventional load shedding method: Directly decouple the generator and measure the speed rise curve
- Dynamometer method: Keep the control valve closed in the grid-connected state and calculate the speed by power integration
- OPC test: 103% rated speed triggers protection action
Safety threshold: The maximum speed of critical overspeed shall not be greater than 18% of the rated speed (i.e. 3540r/min)
Highlights of standard revision
- Delete the relevant provisions of pure hydraulic system and focus on electro-hydraulic control technology
- Newly added primary frequency regulation test requirement: ±0.067Hz~±0.1Hz step disturbance test is required at 60%/75%/90% load point
- Introduced regulation system modeling test, requiring the establishment of a PSASP/PSD-BPA compatible mathematical model
Implementation suggestions
1. Test preparation phase: It is necessary to verify that the measurement deviation of the TSI speed probe and the DEH control system should be <0.1%
2. Data acquisition requirements: The sampling frequency of key parameters (such as oil motor stroke) is not less than 100Hz
3. Safety protection: The bypass system should be kept in hot standby status during the load rejection test, and the boiler pressure relief valve should be calibrated in advance
