1 Scope

This Standard specifies the technical requirements, functional specification, test methods and inspection rules of distribution automation system.
This Standard is applicable to various feeder circuit terminal unit and medium-voltage monitoring and control unit (distribution automation and management system sub-station) as well as distribution transformer terminal unit suitable for distribution network with 10kV or above. Measurement and control unit installed dispersedly which is applicable to shielded area and outdoors may refer to it.
