Analysis of key technical requirements
4.1 Raw material specifications
The resin matrix must be unsaturated polyester resin (in accordance with GB/T 8237), and the reinforcement material is strictly limited to alkali-free glass fiber roving, with an alkali metal oxide content of ≤0.8%. High/medium alkali fibers produced in clay crucibles are prohibited.
4.4 Performance Index System
• Ring stiffness ≥50MPa (GB/T 5352 test)
• No structural damage after drop hammer impact (10kg/2m)
• No leakage after 0.1MPa water pressure sealing of joints for 15 minutes

Key Points of Quality Control
1. Raw Material Traceability: Establish a testing report system for alkali metal oxide content of glass fiber suppliers
2. Process Verification: The new BWFRP process must pass special tests for ring stiffness (Appendix A) and joint sealing
3. Dimensional control: Wall thickness deviation shall be in accordance with Table 3, and the positive deviation limit of SN100 grade conduit is +1.4mm
