DL/T 845的本部分规定了电子式绝缘电阻表(以下简称绝缘表)的术语和定义、分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本部分适用于在额定值不超过10 kV 的直流电压作用下，用电子方式测量并直接显示所测绝缘电阻值的电子式绝缘电阻表。

Scope

This part of DLT 845 specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of electronic insulation resistance meters (hereinafter referred to as insulation meters). This section applies to electronic insulation resistance meters that electronically measure and directly display the measured insulation resistance value under the action of a DC voltage with a rated value not exceeding 10 KV.
