Key Technical Requirements
Acid Resistance Index
All materials must pass a 7-day immersion test in 40% sulfuric acid solution, demonstrating no corrosion and a strength retention rate of ≥80%. Organic anti-corrosion materials must also pass 10 cycles of the sulfuric acid resistance test.
Heat resistance classification
- Class I materials: 150℃×24h test
- Class II materials: 250℃×4h test
- Higher temperature can be negotiated for special working conditions
