本标准是依据原国家经济贸易委员会《关于下达2000年度行业标准制、修订计划项目的通知》（电力[2000]70号文）的安排修订的。 本标准规定了火力发电厂热力设备停（备）用防锈蚀的基本要求、方法以及选用方法的原则。 本标准适用于火力发电机组的锅炉、汽轮机、加热器、凝汽器的热力设备的停（备）用防锈蚀保护。 本标准可供核电站二回路热力设备停（备）保护参考使用。
Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements, methods and principles for selecting methods for corrosion prevention during shutdown (standby) of thermal equipment in thermal power plants. This standard is applicable to the shutdown (standby) anti-corrosion protection of thermal equipment such as boilers, steam turbines, heaters, and condensers of thermal power generating units. This standard can be used as a reference for shutdown (standby) protection of secondary circuit thermal equipment in nuclear power plants.
