Analysis of core technical requirements
4.1 Environmental conditions Three types of working conditions are defined: normal operating temperature -10℃~+55℃, benchmark test temperature 20±5℃, and extreme transportation temperature -25℃~+70℃. It is specifically stipulated that smart substation equipment must comply with the requirements of GB/T 32901-2016.
5.2.7 Action area identification The device is required to identify the oscillation center position through the setting value. A typical case shows that when the system power angle swing exceeds 180° and lasts ≥160ms, the device should accurately operate within one oscillation cycle.
Key test specifications
7.4 Electromagnetic compatibility test adopts port analysis method, including:
- Radiated emission limit: ≤40dBμV/m in 30MHz~1GHz frequency band
- Immunity requirements: able to withstand 4kV contact discharge and 8kV air discharge
- DC power supply ripple: ≤5% does not affect the device logic judgment
Implementation suggestions
- Selection configuration: give priority to equipment that supports DL/T 860 communication protocol
- Setting value: the oscillation cycle count should maintain a 2-level difference with the backup protection
- Acceptance test: must include the dynamic simulation test specified in 7.9.2
