本标准根据《国家发展改革委办公厅关于下达2003年行业标准项目补充计划的通知》（发改办公业[2003]873号文）的要求制定的。石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫技术因为具有脱硫效率高的优点，目前在火电厂的应用越来越广，但湿法脱硫在是生产过程中会产生一定量的废水，即脱硫废水。脱硫废水中含有许多对环境污染性较强的成分，必须进行处理，否则将对环境产生二次污染。脱硫废水的水质比较特殊，国内现行的相关废水水质标准不能完全使、适用于脱硫废水，特指定本标准。

Scope

This standard specifies the water quality control indicators that should be achieved after treatment of wastewater produced by limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization systems in thermal power plants. This standard applies to wastewater discharged from limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization systems in thermal power plants. Not suitable for wastewater discharged from other industrial waste gas purification systems.
