Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for polyethylene/polypropylene (PE/PP) composite short fibers. This standard applies to polyethylene/polypropylene (PE/PP) sheath-core composite short fibers with a linear density of 1.33 dtex to 8. 89 dtex and a sheath-core circular cross-section. Other types of composite short fibers can be used with reference.
