Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for polyethylene/polypropylene (PE/PP) whitened composite short fibers. This standard is applicable to polyethylene/polypropylene (PE/PP) sheath-core whitened composite short fibers with a linear density of 1.33 dtex to 8.89 dtex and a circular cross-section. Other types of whitening composite short fibers can be used as reference.
