Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for Modal short fiber. This standard is applicable to natural, glossy and semi-matt Modal short fibers with a nominal linear density ranging from 0.89 dtex to 1.67 dtex produced from cotton pulp and wood pulp.
