Introduction

Background of Standard Revision

This standard replaces the 1992 version of FZ/T 60008. The main technical changes include: test load is uniformly adjusted to 98N, pre-tension treatment requirements are added, and the size specifications of the specimen are modified. The revision is based on GB/T 1.1-2009 Standardization Work Guidelines and was proposed by the Bedding Sub-Technical Committee of the National Technical Committee for Textile Standardization (SAC/TC209/SC3).


Core Test Principle

The specimen is stretched to a set load (98N) at a constant speed of 500mm/min by an electronic fabric strength tester, and the irreversible deformation is measured after the specified time. Calculation formula:
