Scope
This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, marking and storage of travelers for flat steel rings for spinning and twisting. This standard applies to travelers with side widths of 2.6 mm, 3.2 mm and 4.0 mm for spinning and twisting flat rings and other similar types of rings. This standard also applies to travelers with tapered rings and other similar types of rings.
