Scope

This standard specifies the type, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, inspection rules and test methods of FTY series three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors for textile use (frame size 80 to 355), as well as marking, packaging and warranty period requirements. This standard applies to FTY series three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors (frame numbers 80 to 355) (hereinafter referred to as "motors") dedicated to various types of textile equipment such as cotton, wool, linen, silk and chemical fibers. This series of motors are self-starting permanent magnet synchronous motors. The motors specified in this standard have high overload capacity and fiber blocking ability, and are suitable for use in short fiber environments.
