本标准规定了纺织机械电气设备（包括电子设备）及系统的基本要求、引入电源线端的接法和切断开关、电气设备的保护、控制电路与控制功能、电控柜、安装在机械上的电气器件、电子设备及软件、导线和电缆、配线技术、电动机、与辅助设备的连线和局部照明、标志、技术文件、试验和检验。
本标准适用于交流额定电压为500V(包括500V)、额定频率为200Hz（包括200Hz），直流500V（包括500V）以下的电气设备。如电压和频率超过上述指标时，可参照本标准执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for textile machinery electrical equipment (including electronic equipment) and systems, the connection method of the incoming power cord end and the cut-off switch, the protection of electrical equipment, control circuits and control functions, electrical control cabinets, and electrical equipment installed on the machinery. Components, electronic equipment and software, wires and cables, wiring technology, electric motors, wiring to auxiliary equipment and local lighting, signs, technical documentation, testing and inspection. This standard applies to electrical equipment with an AC rated voltage of 500 V (including 500 V), a rated frequency of 200 Hz (including 200 Hz), and a DC voltage of 500 V or less (including 500 V). If the voltage and frequency exceed the above indicators, this standard can be followed.
