Scope

This standard specifies the definition and classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, storage and other general technical conditions for water-based flame retardant treatment agents. This standard is applicable to various water-based flame retardant treatments that are used to achieve specified combustion properties for wood, fabrics, cardboard, etc. by spraying or dipping.
