本标准适用于警用无人驾驶航空器的外观制式涂装。

Introduction

Analysis of core elements of the standard

Coating elements Technical requirements Color specifications
Airline emblem In compliance with GA 719, including navy blue/bright yellow/yellow combination PANTONE 281C/285C/1235C
Fuselage number 7-character structure (4-digit organization code + 3-digit serial number) Special navy blue font
QR code ≥18mm×18mm, including encrypted information Black blocks on white background

Comparison of the differences in the coating of three types of aircraft

Multi-rotor drones:Use a central/symmetrical coating scheme, the arms must be equipped with blue and yellow stripes (dark blue: bright yellow = 3:1 ratio), and the number and QR code must be symmetrically distributed on the side of the fuselage.
Fixed-wing drones:Combination pattern A (navigation emblem + public security words) is deployed on the top surface of the wing, and combination pattern B (number + QR code + ribbon) is set at the bottom, and the tail beam needs to be painted with a warning ribbon.
Unmanned helicopters:Use an integrated combination pattern (including all elements), set a ribbon at 1/4 of the tail of the fuselage, and the QR code is located directly below the pattern.

Key technical indicators

  • Positioning accuracy:When the coating area is less than 300mm, the error is ≤±1mm
  • Color ribbon ratio:The width ratio of blue and yellow ribbons is strictly maintained at 3:1
  • Font specification:The height-to-width ratio of the number characters is 60:35, and the spacing is 1/4 of the character width

Implementation suggestions

1. Process selection:Painting process is preferred, and screen printing film can be used for complex patterns
2. Color calibration:Pantone color cards are required for on-site comparison to ensure that the color difference meets the standard
3. Exception handling:When the arm lengths are inconsistent, the ribbon width is determined by 1/4 of the shortest arm
4. Acceptance criteria: Visual inspection: No bubbles/wrinkles, and the dimensional measurement error meets the requirements of Table 2
