Scope

This standard specifies the definition, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of plastic insulated flame-retardant cables. This standard applies to plastic insulated flame-retardant power cables with AC rated voltage 35 kV and below, plastic insulated flame-retardant control cables with AC rated voltage 450/750 V and below, and plastic insulated flame-retardant cables with AC rated voltage 450/750 V and below.
