本标准对银行营业场所的风险等级及其相应的防护级别作出了规定，是确定银行营业场所风险等级和采取相应防护措施的依据。本标准适用于新建、改建和扩建的银行、信用社、邮政储蓄营业场所。其他金融机构的营业场所可参照执行。

Scope

This standard stipulates the risk level of bank business premises and its corresponding protection level. It is the basis for determining the risk level of bank business premises and taking corresponding protective measures. This standard applies to newly built, renovated and expanded banks, credit unions and postal savings business premises. The business premises of other financial institutions may follow suit.
