本标准为首次发布。本标准规定了消防员化学防护服装的定义、型号、设计要求、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、生产商提供的信息和技术说明书。本标准适用于消防在处置化学事件时穿着的消防员化学防护服装。本标准不适用于灭火、涉及放射性物品、生物制剂、液化气体、低温液体危险物品、爆炸性气体等紧急事件处置时穿着的全套防护服装。本标准非等效采用了ＮＦＰＡ１９９４，ＳｔａｎｄａｒｄｏｎＰｒｏｔｅｃｔｉｖｅＥｎｓｅｍｂｌｅｓｆｏｒＣｈｅｍｉｃａｌ／ＢｉｏｌｏｇｉｃａｌＴｅｒｒｏｒｉｓｍＩｎｃｉｄｅｎｔｓ，２００１Ｅｄｉｔｉｏｎ。

Scope

This standard specifies the definition, model, design requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, information provided by the manufacturer and technical specifications of firefighters' chemical protective clothing. This standard applies to firefighters' chemical protective clothing (hereinafter referred to as chemical protective clothing) worn by firefighters when dealing with chemical incidents. This standard does not apply to the full set of protective clothing worn when fighting fires or handling emergencies involving radioactive materials, biological agents, liquefied gases, cryogenic liquid dangerous goods, explosive gases, etc.
