Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general principles, rescue procedures and action requirements for building collapse accident rescue. This standard applies to the rescue operations of the public security fire brigade in handling building collapse accidents. Full-time fire brigade and other professional rescue teams can refer to this when conducting rescue operations in building collapse accidents.
