Introduction

Standard Framework and Technological Evolution

This standard, as the second part of the GA/T 1411 series, focuses on the technical specifications for unmanned helicopter systems, forming a complete technical framework alongside multi-rotor and fixed-wing standards. Its development referenced GJB military standards and GB/T 1.1-2009 standardization rules, embodying the modular design approach for police equipment.

Key Technical Requirements

Autonomous Flight Performance

The system must achieve an average positioning accuracy of ≤2m for autonomous landing, an azimuth error of ≤20°, and support preset return-to-home strategies (return-to-home via the original route/straight line/climbing). A certain police unmanned helicopter can achieve 72 hours of continuous operation through autonomous cruise function when performing search and rescue missions in mountainous areas.

Electromagnetic Compatibility

Passed GB/T 17626 test series: RF immunity ≥ 3V/m, electrostatic discharge ±4kV contact discharge/±8kV air discharge. In practical applications, special attention should be paid to the shielding design of the motor drive system.

Implementation Recommendations

  1. Selection Basis: Select the corresponding level based on the maximum take-off weight (1.5-600kg is divided into four categories). In plateau areas, attention should be paid to the hovering altitude out of ground effect index (maximum requirement ≥2000m)
  2. Acceptance Key Points: Effective measurement and control distance (up to 20km), deployment time (fastest 5 minutes), mean time between failures (minimum 10 hours)
  3. Maintenance Points: Regularly check the rainproof level (IPX3), control station protection level (IP54), and storage temperature adaptability (-40℃~60℃)
