Detailed explanation of key technical requirements
Optical performance indicators
The illumination requirements of the reference axis of floodlights at 10m are: Type I ≥ 40lx, Type II ≥ 90lx, and Type III ≥ 125lx. The color temperature range is limited to 5000K-8000K, the color rendering index Ra ≥ 80, and the specific chromaticity coordinates shall comply with the hexagonal color gamut range in Appendix A.
Electrical safety specifications
DC equipment must pass the following tests:
1. Power adaptability test (e.g. 12V system works normally under 9-16V fluctuation)
2. Overvoltage protection test (24V system withstands 36V/1min)
3. Reverse polarity test (reverse voltage 28V/1min)
Implementation suggestions
Equipment selection guide
Select according to the accident site environment:
- Urban roads: Type II floodlights + wireless control modules
- Highways: Type III spotlights + Class A temperature resistance (-40℃~75℃) configuration
Installation precautions
AC220V power lines are prohibited from entering the cab. The working height of fixed equipment is ≤4m. It is necessary to equip the lifting system displacement sensor to link the vehicle starting system.
