Scope

This standard specifies the preparation methods and devices for materials to continuously produce toxic smoke that simulates fire scenarios. This standard is applicable to the risk assessment of smoke-generating toxicity from materials and the analysis of related toxicant components. This standard is not applicable to actual fire scene smoke flow temperature simulation and actual fire scene evolution process simulation.
