本标准规定了火灾原因调查的术语和定义、人员要求、基本程序、现场记录、询问、火灾痕迹、物证、起火原因认定以及电气火灾、燃气火灾、防火、汽车火灾、爆炸、静电和雷击火灾原因的调查技术和方法。本标准适用于公安消防机构进行火灾原因调查时用作指导。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, personnel requirements, basic procedures, on-site records, inquiries, fire traces, physical evidence, identification of fire causes and causes of electrical fires, gas fires, arson, car fires, explosions, static electricity and lightning fires investigative techniques and methods. This standard is suitable for use as guidance when public security firefighting agencies conduct fire cause investigations.
