《GB 14932.1-2003食用大豆粕卫生标准》由361（国家卫生健康委员会）归口。
本标准规定了食用大豆粕的指标要求、食品添加剂、生产加工过程的卫生要求、包装、标识、贮存及运输要求和检验方法。本标准适用于大豆经浸出法（预榨浸出或直接浸出）制得的适合食品加工用的松散的富含蛋白质的物料。

Scope

This standard specifies the index requirements for edible soybean meal, food additives, hygienic requirements for the production process, packaging, labelling, storage and transportation requirements and inspection methods. This standard applies to loose protein-rich materials suitable for food processing obtained from soybeans by leaching (pre-pressing leaching or direct leaching).
