《GB 17378.2-2007海洋监测规范 第2部分: 数据处理与分析质量控制》由418（自然资源部(海洋)）归口，委托TC283（全国海洋标准化技术委员会）执行。
GB 17378的本部分规定了海洋监测数据处理常用术语及符号，离群数据的统计检验，两均数差异的显著性检验，分析方法验证，内控样的配制与应用，分析质量控制图绘制等。本部分适用于海洋环境监测中海水分析、沉积物分析、生物体分析、近海污染生态调查和生物监测的数据处理及实验室内部分析质量控制。海洋大气、污染物人海通量调查、海洋倾废和疏浚物调查等也可参照使用。

Scope

This part of GB 17378 specifies the commonly used terms and symbols for marine monitoring data processing, statistical testing of outlier data, significance testing of the difference between two means, verification of analytical methods, preparation and application of internal control samples, drawing of analytical quality control charts, etc. This part is applicable to the data processing of seawater analysis, sediment analysis, organism analysis, offshore pollution ecological investigation and biological monitoring and laboratory internal analysis quality control in marine environmental monitoring. Ocean atmosphere, survey of pollutant flux into the sea, survey of marine dumping and dredging can also be used as a reference.
