本标准规定了庆香菇的术语和定义、原产地域保护范围、产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于国家质量监督检验检疫行政主管部门根据《原产地域产品保护规定》批准保护的庆香菇。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Qingyuan shiitake mushrooms, the protection scope of the origin, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard is applicable to the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with " Qingyuan shiitake mushrooms approved for protection in the Regulations on the Protection of Regional Origin Products.
