本标准根据国家质量监督检验检疫总局颁布的２００５第７８号令《地理标志产品保护规定》及ＧＢ／Ｔ１７９２４《地理标志产品标准通用要求》制定。
本标准代替ＧＢ１９０８７―２００３《原产地域产品　庆元香菇》。本标准规定了庆元香菇的术语和定义、地理标志产品保护范围、产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、标签、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于国家质量监督检验检疫行政主管部门根据《地理标志产品保护规定》批准保护的庆元香菇。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Qingyuan shiitake mushrooms, the scope of protection of geographical indication products, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, labels, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to Qingyuan shiitake mushrooms approved for protection by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
