《GB 19147-2009车用柴油》由469（国家标准化管理委员会）归口，委托TC280SC1（全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会石油燃料和润滑剂分会）执行。
本标准规定了由石油制取的，或加有添加剂的车用柴油的术语和定义、产品分类、技术要求和试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准不涉及含有生物柴油调合组分的产品，对于含有生物柴油调合组分的产品执行相关的标准和规定。
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of motor diesel oil extracted from petroleum or added with additives. This standard does not involve products containing biodiesel blending components, and relevant standards and regulations shall be implemented for products containing biodiesel blending components. The products covered by this standard are applicable to compression ignition diesel engine vehicles. However, the three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed trucks specified in GB 19756 may not be included. Diesel oil for vehicles that meets the requirements of this standard can meet the national Phase III emission requirements for motor vehicle pollutants.
