本标准适用于压燃式发动机汽车使用的、由石油制取或加有改善使用性能添加剂的车用柴油。本标准不适用于以生物柴油为调合组分的车用柴油。
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements and test methods, sampling, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, safety and standard implementation of diesel for vehicles. This standard is applicable to automotive diesel oil produced from petroleum or added with performance-improving additives used in compression ignition engine vehicles. This standard does not apply to vehicle diesel fuel with biodiesel as a blending component.
