本标准等同采用ISO 771：1977《油料饼粕水分及挥发物含量的测定》（英文版）。
本标准是对GB/T 10358-1989《油料饼粕中水分及挥发物测定法》的修订。
本标准自实施之日起代替GB/T 10358-1989。
本标准规定了压榨法或浸入法从油料中提取油后，饼粕（复合产物除外）中水分及挥发物含量测定方法。
