本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１０４０１—１９８９《永磁式直流力矩电动机通用技术条件》。 本标准规定了永磁式直流力矩电动机的型号和机座号、运行条件、技术要求和试验方法、检验规则及交付准备。本标准适用于永磁式直流力矩电动机。本标准应与永磁式直流力矩电动机产品专用技术条件一起使用。各类永磁式直流力矩电动机的具体技术指标及附加或特殊要求，均在产品专用技术条件中规定。 本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１０４０１—１９８９相比主要变化如下：
———按照ＧＢ／Ｔ１．１—２０００《标准化工作导则　第１部分：标准的结构和编写规则》的规定，并为了与相关标准协调一致，在条款编排上进行了比较大的调整。
———机座号范围扩大，由４５～３２０扩大至２８～１１００。
———引用了ＧＢ／Ｔ２８２８．１ 《计数抽样检验程序》。

Scope

This standard specifies the type and frame size, operating conditions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and delivery preparations of permanent magnet DC torque motors. This standard applies to permanent magnet DC torque motors. This standard should be used together with the special technical conditions for permanent magnet DC torque motor products. The specific technical indicators and additional or special requirements of various permanent magnet DC torque motors (hereinafter referred to as motors) are specified in the product-specific technical conditions.
