Analysis of key performance indicators

Torque-current linearity test

The new standard requires the use of the least squares method to fit the curve, and the calculation formula is:

The fitting value $T_{i}^{\prime}$ is calculated through the linear regression equation to ensure that the linearity of the motor with a base size of 320mm≤D<430mm is ≤2.5%


Implementation suggestions

  1. Design phase: The magnetic circuit design needs to be optimized to meet the requirements of the new version of the torque fluctuation coefficient
  2. Production process: CNC machining is recommended to ensure that the coaxiality of the installation mating surface is within 0.15mm
  3. Testing equipment: A 0.5-level precision torque testing device and a steady-speed turntable should be equipped

Standard application case

After the implementation of the new standard for a 90LYX-25Z motor:

  • Excitation static friction torque is reduced from 0.1TP to 0.06TP
  • By optimizing the winding process, the insulation resistance is maintained at 12MΩ under high temperature conditions
