Introduction
Core technology innovation and standard background
Slotless permanent magnet motors eliminate the traditional core slot structure and adopt a cup winding design to increase torque density and reduce vibration and noise. This standard systematically regulates the three types of permanent magnet motor technology systems: slotless DC, brushless DC and synchronous for the first time.

Typical application scenario analysis
Medical equipment drive: Use 24V slotless brushless motor, use its low electromagnetic interference characteristics to meet the EMC requirements of GB 4824, and use the axial installation structure to achieve compact equipment.
Industrial robot joints: Use 400W synchronous motor, and conduct 2000 hours of endurance verification according to the life test conditions in Table 6, and the torque fluctuation is controlled within 5%.
Inspection and certification points
The standard establishes a three-level inspection system:
- Group A factory inspection: includes 7 basic indicators such as appearance and insulation resistance
- Group C periodic inspection: environmental tests such as vibration and shock are carried out every two years
- Identification inspection: new products must pass 30 full-index tests
Key test equipment requirements: dynamometer accuracy ≤0.5%, constant temperature box temperature fluctuation ±1℃.
Implementation suggestions
- During the design phase, the 12-440V voltage level and 6-30000W power sequence recommended by the standard should be given priority.
- During the production process, focus on the radial runout of the shaft extension (0.01-0.05mm) in Article 5.4.
- During acceptance, the two-year quality assurance period shall be implemented in accordance with Article 7.6.
