《GB/T 10666-1995次氯酸钙（漂粉精）》由TC63（全国化学标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了次氯酸钙(漂粉精)的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、贮存。本标准适用于钙法与钠法生产的次氯酸钙。钙法即石灰乳经氯化、离心、干燥、粉碎而制得的次氯酸钙；钠法即石灰乳、烧碱经氯化分离、干燥、造粒而制得的次氯酸钙。次氯酸钙主要用于漂白、消毒杀菌及污染物的生化处理等。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging and storage of calcium hypochlorite (bleaching powder). This standard applies to calcium hypochlorite produced by calcium method and sodium method. The calcium method is calcium hypochlorite obtained by chlorination, centrifugation, drying and crushing of milk of lime; the sodium method is calcium hypochlorite obtained by chlorination, separation, drying and granulation of milk of lime and caustic soda. Calcium hypochlorite is mainly used for bleaching, disinfection and biochemical treatment of pollutants.
