《GB/T 10682-2002双端荧光灯 性能要求》由TC224(全国照明电器标准化技术委员会)归口,TC224SC1(全国照明电器标准化技术委员会电光源及其附件分会)执行,主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了双端荧光灯的性能要求。本标准适用于:采用交流电源频率带启动器工作的及采用高频工作的预热阴极灯。采用交流电源频率不带启动器(无启动器)工作的高阻预热阻极和低阻预热阴极灯(简称“快速启动荧光灯”)。采用高频(电源)工作的预热阴极灯(简称“高频快速启动荧光灯”)。采用交流电源频率或采用高频工作的非预热阴极灯(简称“瞬时启动荧光灯”或“高频瞬时启动荧光灯”)。


Scope

This standard specifies the performance requirements for double-capped fluorescent lamps (hereinafter referred to as "lamps"). This standard applies to: Preheated cathode lamps that operate with a starter at AC power frequency and that operate at high frequency. High-resistance preheated-cathode and low-resistance preheated-cathode lamps (referred to as "quick-start fluorescent lamps") operating at AC mains frequency without a starter (starterless). A preheated cathode lamp that operates at high frequency (power supply) (referred to as "high frequency quick start fluorescent lamp"). Non-preheated cathode lamps operating at AC power frequency or at high frequencies (referred to as "instant-on fluorescent lamps" or "high-frequency instant-on fluorescent lamps"). When a lamp conforming to this standard is used with a ballast conforming to GB/T 14044 or GB/T 15144 and a starter conforming to QB 2276 or IEC 60927, and installed in a lamp conforming to GB 7000.1, 92% to 106% of the rated When the power supply voltage is ignited at an ambient temperature of 10°C to 50°C, it can start up smoothly and work normally.
