《GB/T 22706-2008自镇流冷阴极荧光灯 性能要求》由TC224（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会）归口，TC224SC1（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会电光源及其附件分会）执行，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准首次发布。本标准规定了自镇流冷阴极荧光灯的定义、型号命名规则及主要性能参数、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于额定电压为220V，频率为50Hz，额定功率在30W以下，采用螺口／卡口灯头，在室内外场合照明用的，将灯头、灯管与启动燃点的电子部件集成一体的自镇流冷阴极荧光灯。

Scope

This standard specifies the definition, model naming rules, main performance parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of self-ballasted cold cathode fluorescent lamps. This standard is applicable to automatic lamps with a rated voltage of 220V, a frequency of 50Hz, and a rated power of less than 30W, which use screw/bayonet lamp caps for indoor and outdoor lighting, and integrate lamp caps, lamp tubes and electronic components for starting and igniting. Ballasted cold cathode fluorescent lamps (hereinafter referred to as lamps).
